A journey into nature, embodiment and inner exploration

Our Earth Medicine Retreats are intimate 2–3 day experiences held in magical places surrounded by nature, in Ibiza and Italy.

Sol and Elena, together with other experienced practitioners, create a space where ancient earth-based traditions meet somatic practices, yoga, breathwork, ritual, movement and deep integration.
The retreats include work with Sacred Medicine, approached with tenderness and respect, experience and care.
We work with small groups to allow for presence, care and personalised support throughout the entire journey.

A private interview before the retreat, together with preparation guidelines and practical information.

INTEGRATION

Follow-up support after the retreat, with the possibility of individual therapeutic support online or in person.

EXPERIENCE
